Event

The part of the Košice Peace Marathon organised by the Košice Marathon Club.
Organiser: Financial Directorate of the Slovak Republic in co-operation with the Customs Office Košice and the Košice Marathon Club, under the auspices of the European Customs Sport Association (ECSA).
Disciplines: Marathon – the course of 42,195 km, Half Marathon – the course of 21,1 km. Course: Very fast, flat, completely asphalted, traffic free. Two laps through the historical city centre and parks.
Half Marathon participants run 1 lap. Course is AIMS certified and the race is held under the IAAF Rules and Regulations. Further information available on the website: www.kosicemarathon.com .  All participants are responsible for own insurance.

Transport

Individual. Inland transport from/to the Hotel from the Airport or Railway Station provides organiser.

Costs

Participation costs for the ECSA guests: 200 € should be paid in cash to the organiser after the arrival to Košice.
The amount of 200 € includes dinner on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Saturday and Sunday (4 x 25 € in total) and gala banquet (50 €). Remaining 50 € is intended for the Saturday/Sunday social programme (City-tour, 2x massage).
Registration: Registration fee 50 € for the Marathon Club must be paid individually, on the website: https://registration.kosicemarathon.com/jsf/login.jsf until 31 March 2026. After this date price will increase gradually. Registration must refer to the "Financial Administration - ECSA Group." Read the Marathon Club's cancellation policy, as any potential discrepancies will be resolved between the participant and the Club directly.
Accommodation: guests book and pay for their accommodation themselves respecting the hotel's cancellation policy.
Single room for 3 nights (Friday – Monday): 77.00 + 130.00 + 130.00 = 337.00 € + 3 x 3,50 € local tax.
Bed in a double room for 3 nights (Friday – Monday): 44.50 + 99.00 + 99.00 = 242.50 € + 3 x 3,50 € local tax.
Breakfast is included in the prices. Booking must refer to the "Financial Administration - ECSA Group." The first night is paid in advance as a deposit and will not be refunded if the guest violates the hotel's cancellation policy.
